Maintainix was founded by Tony Alexzander, a licensed builder with over 30+ years of experience in the construction and property industry across South East Queensland. After decades of building and refurbishing commercial and residential properties, Tony recognised a gap in the market — property owners and managers needed a single, trustworthy partner who could handle maintenance and repairs with the same rigour and professionalism as a licensed builder.
